Cerulean Tower Hotel — Shibuya
Grease trap overflow, 11:45 p.m. Friday before peak weekend.
The call came at 11:47 p.m. A grease interceptor in the hotel's sub-basement had backed up into the B2 kitchen drain, and the breakfast service for 340 guests started at 6:30 a.m.
HKN-07 was on-site by 00:52 a.m. The team confirmed a partial blockage at the primary interceptor and a secondary accumulation at the T-junction feeding the pastry kitchen. Both were cleared, jetted, and re-inspected by camera before 4:10 a.m.
The kitchen opened on schedule. The hotel's ops director received a signed manifest and camera report by 6 a.m.
Minato Ward — 47-Property Annual Contract
Annual maintenance and inspection for 47 commercial facilities across Minato-ku.
Minato Ward's facility management office needed a single vendor capable of servicing 47 properties — restaurants, government offices, and mixed-use towers — under a unified compliance documentation framework.
We proposed a tiered schedule: quarterly pump-outs for high-volume food service sites, biannual inspections for office towers, and annual full-camera surveys with condition grading for all properties.
In year one, we identified 9 sites with developing blockage conditions before they became failures. All were remediated on the next scheduled visit, with zero emergency callouts across the contract period.
